Himva Shop Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Which is why we offer an exchange policy that allows you to change your mind or exchange an item if you received the wrong size or color. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it for a different item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. If the item shows any signs of wear or damage, it will not be eligible for an exchange.

Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. The product should not be used, except for fitting purposes. If the item shows any signs of wear or damage, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to show up on your account.

Cancellation
At Himvashop, we strive to ship our products quickly to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. Because of this, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
