At Himva, we’ve partnered with UPS, DHL, USPS, DPD, FEDEX, and Posti for global shipping. Our Himalayan salt products ship from our warehouse in Finland, ensuring swift delivery. For our candles, we’ve teamed up with a trusted USA factory to fulfill orders seamlessly in the United States.
Order Processing Time
As soon as you place an order, we make it a priority to process it promptly. Our standard processing time is typically 3-7 business days. However, please note that the actual processing time may vary depending on your location.
We will retain customer data for as long as necessary to fulfill orders and for as long as we need it to provide our services to our customers. We will also retain customer data for marketing purposes until the user requests deletion or unsubscribes from our marketing emails.
Shipping Timeframes
The shipping timeframes are primarily determined by your location. Since our warehouse is based in Finland, customers within Finland can generally expect shorter shipping times.
